1. Potential Sponsorships are: Sponsorship of the registration (includes recognition in the registration area and distribution of sponsor lanyards), Sponsorship of the Lunches (includes recognition in the lunch area), Sponsorship of the Evening Reception (includes recognition in the reception area), Sponsorship of a Keynote (includes recognition in the plenary hall). Custom Sponsorships are available.

2. Exhibition space will include a draped table and an electrical outlet. Exhibitors will be responsible for any additional draping or special configuration, design, construction, or other requirements (such as telephone lines).

3. Booth location preference will be in sequence of order placement, i.e., first come, first served, with sponsors having priority over non-sponsors.

4. Fees shown do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) which will be added in the final invoice as applicable. Please note that VMC is the supplier, but payment is to be made to Wireless Innovation Forum.

Exhibiting

In addition to the main conference program, The Wireless Innovation Forum will host a product and technology exhibition. This exhibition provides an outstanding opportunity to reach representatives at all levels of the wireless value chain. The ability for exhibitors to reach Forum members, visitors and conference attendees is enhanced through inclusion on the workshop web site. A direct link will be established through the conference site to promote workshop exhibitors. This link will remain active for at least two months following the event. 

Attendees will also receive information on all participating exhibitors through the workshop program. This information will facilitate visits to the exhibits by highlighting participating organizations and will also be a useful take away resource for delegates following the conference.
